Great acting Andrew! Despite these uncertain expressions and recent dinner "releases", the snails did not end up on the beautiful green lawn during the annual Escargot festival in the picturesque little French village of St. Colombe.
Actually, they were pretty tasty. Like mushrooms - with a little more . . . squish.
Great blog... Can't decide if its a Bourdain-esque moment or a shoot for Zimmer's Bizzare Food. Way to go Andrew & Larissa! Living it up as the French would.
